22 December 2004 New figures by Konrad Schulte	Konrad Schulte has released some new 54mm figures. The figures depict soldiers from the army of Frederick the Great. See figures here. December 2004 Figurines Magazine No 61	The latest issue of Figurines only features two photographs of flats, both within their report on Euromilitaire. "Leipzig Fair" by Gianfranco Speranza won a Gold Medal. You can see more pictures at his Gallery on this web site. "Prussian Cuirassier 1760" by Andreas Reiner won a Silver medal. The figure is by Konard Schulte. See above for details of his latest figures.
November 2004 BFFS Journal No 75 published	The latest Journal has been published and includes articles on roman armour, the Battle of Constantine, and Feld-Marschal Würmser, plus the usual round-up of news and reviews. 30 July 2004 New figures by Hanno Schupp	Hanno has released the first 8 figures, of a set of 21, depicting the "Reception on an ambassador at the English Court - 1475". Please visit his website http://www.historischeszinn.com/ (in English & German) for full details about the figures and prices etc. The figures are designed by Lehnart, based on the Beauchamp Pageant, and engraved by Vladimir Nuzhdin.

15 April 2004 New figures by Hanno Schupp	Part of a large set of English Archers and Men-at-Arms available from Hanno Schupp. Please visit his website http://www.historischeszinn.com/ (in English & German) for full details about the figures and prices etc. The figures in the picture are painted as Retained Archers of Lord William Hastings at the Battle of Tewkesbury 1471.
24 March 2004 Tradition of London	Many of you may not be aware that Tradition of London sell flats, both in the shop and by mail order. They mainly deal in the comprehensive range of Scholtz (Berliner Zinnfuren) but also have a selection of painted flats from Arquebus sold in sets. These are German manufactured flats but painted overseas. They have a small selection for sale in the shop but any of the figures in the Scholtz catalogue can be ordered. Call in at the shop next time you are in London, at: 33 Curzon Street, London W1. Alternatively you can call them on +44(0) 20 7493-7452 or e-mail at shop@traditionoflondon.com Their website is at http://www.traditionoflondon.com/ but don't be put off by the fact that there is no mention of flats.

19 March 2004 Site problems	We have been experiencing some problems with the web site over the last few days. These are gradually being sorted out and, as far as I can tell, the main site is now up and running properly. The Forum however is still out of action. Please be patient. We'll have it working very soon.

9 December 2003 BFFS Journal No 71 published	The latest Journal was published today and includes articles on Kulmbach 2003, The Gloster Gladiator, and French Chasseurs, as well as a comprehensive overview of the new figures available.
8 December 2003 Forum goes live	After a test period, the site forum went live.
1 December 2003 Work starts on the new BFFS website	Work has started on the new web site. There is plenty to do and so it might not come into full operation for some time but we will do our best. Please bookmark the site and keep coming back to it to see progress.
1 December 2003 Announcement of 2004 Annual Meeting	The 2004 meeting will be held at Knowle on the 13 June 2004. The meeting is open to non-members and further details will be available on this site nearer the event.
